You want to optimize your health, not wait to get sick
This program is built for exactly this: people who are functioning, but who know they are not operating at their real baseline.
Most care starts after something breaks. This starts before.
Most healthcare is built to respond once something is already wrong, so a normal lab result often means not yet diagnosable disease rather than operating at your best. That is the gap this program is built to close.
The Experience flips the sequence, building a comprehensive baseline first with the explicit goal of optimizing how you function: your energy, focus, body composition, and resilience. Ruling out disease is only the floor, and conventional medicine stays essential for acute illness and emergencies; this is the deeper layer for when that workup comes back fine and you still want more.
Five pillars of healthspan, treated as one system
Weak sleep undermines stress resilience, chronic stress undermines cellular energy, poor movement undermines all of it. The Experience works them together, not as five separate to-do lists.
Cellular energy
The tiny energy factories inside your cells shape your daily energy, focus, and comfort. Diet, movement, sleep, stress, and toxin exposure all affect how well they work, and all of them can be supported.
Phytonutrient diversity
Plants carry thousands of protective compounds, grouped by color, and most people eat a narrow slice of the spectrum. Eating a wider range is consistently linked in research to better long-term brain and heart health.
Sleep and restoration
Sleep touches nearly every system, from memory and hormones to immune strength. During deep sleep the brain runs a clearing process tied to long-term cognitive health, which is why we treat it as core, not optional.
Stress physiology
Chronic, unmanaged stress quietly drives fatigue, poor sleep, and cardiometabolic risk. The goal is not to eliminate stress, but to build a personal restoration practice you will actually keep.
Movement as medicine
Regular movement changes your energy metabolism at the cellular level. It is linked to better mood, stronger bones and joints, and better cardiometabolic markers, built into a plan you enjoy enough to sustain.
A true picture of where you stand today
The Experience opens with a comprehensive baseline across all five pillars, so your plan is built from your real data, not a template.
Your history and health story
An in-depth personal and family history, including patterns of chronic disease or early decline, so we know what you are working with and what you are working against.
A structured audit across the five pillars
A symptom and energy audit covering energy, focus, mood, and more, plus a lifestyle audit of sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and environment, alongside a body composition assessment.
Individualized lab work
Lab testing is selected to your history and goals, and can reasonably include metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and key nutrient markers, chosen for you rather than run on everyone. Lab costs are billed separately by the lab, so you only pay for the testing you actually need.
A goals conversation
We define what thriving actually looks like for you: not sick is the floor, thriving is the goal. That target shapes the whole plan and how we measure progress.
The Thrive Longevity Experience™
A defined 12-week arc with a concrete deliverable: a clear picture of your true baseline and a written, personalized longevity roadmap connecting nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement, plus an ongoing relationship with a dual board-certified physician to keep refining it.
A $100 deposit reserves your kickoff and counts toward your total. Diagnostics and therapeutics are not included in the program fee. They are purchased separately based on your individualized needs, and we are upfront about those costs before anything is ordered.
Longevity questions patients ask
Is this worth it if I am not sick?
Yes. This program is built specifically for people who are functioning but not thriving, where standard labs look normal but energy, focus, or resilience are not where you want them. That is the whole point of a proactive baseline.
What exactly is included in the 12 weeks?
Five physician visits with Dr. Mohammadi, one 120-minute intake, one 60-minute review, and three 30-minute follow-ups, plus a full baseline workup and a personalized written roadmap at the end.
Do I need to be sick or have a diagnosis to start?
No. This is a proactive, optimization-focused program, not treatment for an acute condition. It is designed for the gap between not sick and truly thriving.
Is this a replacement for my primary care doctor?
No. It is complementary to conventional care, not a replacement, especially for acute or emergency issues. It adds a deeper, proactive layer on top of the care you already have.
What lab testing is involved, and is it covered by insurance?
Lab testing is individualized to your history and goals. Thrive is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. The $1,997 program fee covers your five visits and your personalized plan; lab testing and any supplements are billed separately, and we are upfront about those costs before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises.
How is this different from a generic detox or wellness program?
It is physician-led by a dual board-certified, fellowship-trained doctor, personalized to your own labs and history, and grounded in functional and integrative medicine, rather than a templated cleanse or a generic supplement bundle.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Timelines are individual, which is honest rather than evasive. The Week 6 and Week 8 visits are built specifically to track and adjust your real-world response, rather than promising a fixed result by a fixed date.
Where do you see patients, and how do I start?
Visits are by secure video from anywhere in Arizona or Indiana, and in-person visits are available by appointment. To begin, book a free 15-minute Meet and Greet to see if the Experience is the right fit for you.
